    List of Ingredients




    1 package of hot Italian sausage - about 5 6-inch links (casings removed, sausage chopped)
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped (including leaves)
    2 large carrots, chopped
    1-2 cloves garlic
    2 teaspoons smoked Spanish paprika
    3 15 oz cans garbanzo beans
    49 oz can of chicken stock
    29 oz can of chopped tomatoes

    Recipe



    Saute sausage until browned. Add to crockpot. Saute onions, celery, carrots & garlic until soft - 7-10 minutes. Add paprika toward end of saute. Add all to crockpot. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on high until carrots are tender.
