200g Sweetcorn
3 rashers bacon chopped
200ml milk
200ml chicken or vegetable stock
3 Potatoes chopped into cubes
Recipe
1) Fry bacon in a frying pan in a little oil until just crispy, however i used the saucepan.
2) In a saucepan add stock and milk and bring to a rolling bubble, not boil and add the potatoes.

3) Once potatoes are soft, take of the heat and using a hand blender blitz it up, if you dont want to blitz it you dont have too.
4) Now return to heat and add the cooked bacon and sweetcorn and simmer for a further 5 minutes and serve.
