    Ingredients:

    -150 g yellow lentils

    -500 ml water

    -100 g bulgur

    -1 tbsp chopped mint

    -1 tsp ras el hanout

    -2 tbsp parmesan cheese

    -1 tbsp all-purpose flour

    -1 egg

    -salt pepper to taste

    -3 garlic cloves

    ……


    -3 red bell pepper

    -4 garlic cloves

    -1 onion

    -1 tomato can (250 g)

    -water

    -1 tbsp vinegar

    -1 tsp sugar

    Recipe



    Cook lentil and bulgur in the 500ml of water until they are tender and the water is completed evaporated.

    Blend lentil, bulgur, mint, garlic, onion in a food processor, than add the egg, salt, pepper, ras ek hanout, flour and parmesan.

    Form about 30 quenelles with your dough, then deep fry them until golden brown.

    Keep aside.

    Chop garlic, onion and bell peppers.

    Stir fry in extra virgin olive oil then add salt, the tomato can and one glass of water.

    Let cook about 20 minutes.

    Add the sugar and the vinegar, cook other 2 minutes.

    Pour the sauce over the warm quenelles and Enjoy.
