    Bahan isi :
    15 putu mayang
    3 potong Roti tawar, potong 2x2 cm
    100 gr pacar cina siap beli
    75 gr ketan putih,cuci, rendam, kukus
    75 gr kacang hijau, rebus dg 2 sdm gula psr sampai empuk

    Kuah Santan :

    2 lt santan
    175 gr gula pasir
    50 gr jahe, memarkan
    3 daun pandan, ikat
    1/2 sdt garam
    * sumua bahan kuah di rebus *

    Siapkan bahan isi wedang dalam wadah, kemudian siram dengan kuah santan
