    Bahan :
    250 gr tepung ketan
    150 gr kelapa muda, parut kasar
    25 gr mentega
    40 gr gula pasir
    100 ml air panas
    1 sdm air aduk dg 2 sdt garam\

    Bahan besta :

    100 gr gula pasir
    75 gr gula merah
    225 ml air
    1 sdm mentega

    Recipe



    Cara membuat :

    Aduk tepung , kelapa , mentega, minyak. Gula dan air panas serta air garam
    Uleni hingga kalis dan bebentuk lonjong.
    Goreng sampai kering.
    Masak besta hingga berambut.
    Masukkan gemblong. aduk2 dan angkat.
    Dinginkan.
