    List of Ingredients




    Bahan :

    1 lt kaldu daging
    2 sdm mentega, utk menumis
    100 gr bawang bombay, iris tipis dan cincang
    150 gr daging kepiting
    1 sdt garam
    1/2 sdt merica bubuk
    2 sdm tepung maizena, larutkan dg air
    200 gr asparagus kaleng, tiriskan dan cincang
    1 butir telur ayam kocok

    Recipe



    Didihkan kaldu, kemudian panaskan mentega.
    Tumis bawang bombay samapai harum, masukkan daging kepiting segar, garam dan merica, Aduk2 dan angkat.
    Tuangkan kepiting tumis ke dlm kaldu mendidih, kemudian masukkan asparagus cincang.
    Tuangi telur kocok sedikit demi sedikit sambil di aduk2.
    Masak sampai matang.
    Sajikan panas2.
