Butter Rolls
List of Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 4cups bread flour
- 1/4 cup dry milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
Instructions
- Place ingredients in pan in the order above.
- Set on dough setting.
- When buzzer sounds, remove the dough and place in a lightly greased bowl.
- Cover bowl with towel. Allow dough to rise for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Divide dough into 16 equal portions.
- Using the palm of your hands, roll each piece of dough into a cone. Cover with the towel and allow to rise for 15 minutes.
- Using a rolling pin, roll each cone into a flat sheet. Roll up from wider end to the narrow end.
- Place on lightly greased cookie sheet, spray with a fine mist of warm water and cover with towel. Allow to rise another 30-40 minutes or until doubled in size.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
