7-UP Salad

Greg loves this. He was pretty excited when I found this recipe again.





List of Ingredients



• 2 pkg. lemon gelatin
  
• 2 cups boiling water
  
• 2 cups 7-UP
  
• 1 cup crushed pineapple, juice reserved
  
• 2-3 bananas, sliced
  
• 1-2 cups minature marshmallows
  
• 1 cup pineapple juice
  
• 2 tablespoons flour
  
• 2 tablesppons butter
  
• 1/2 cup sugar
  
• 1 cup heavy cream, whipped (I use cool whip)
  
• 1-2 eggs, beaten
  
• 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese (optional)
  






Instructions



1. Dissolve gelatin in water.
   
   
2. Add marshmallows and cool.
   
   
3. Add 7-UP, pineapple, and bananas to mix. Set aside.
   
   
4. Combine juice, flour, butter, eggs, and sugar.
   
   
5. Cook over ow heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
   
   
6. Cool and blend in whipped cream and cheese.
   
   
7. Pour over firm gelatin mixture.
   
   
8. Refrigerate.
