- 1/2 Cup frozen Ore-Ida chopped onions (or fresh)
- 1# ground beef
- 1 can (10-1/2oz.) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 4 cups frozen Ore-Ida tater tots
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease shallow 2-quart baking dish.
- Cook onions and beef in skillet over medium-high heat until meat loses its red color. Drain fat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread meat mixture in baking dish; cover with soup and top with a single layer of frozen tator tots.
- Bake 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly in the center.
