    Peachy Pork Picante

    I found this recipe in a magazine ad for pork.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1# cubed boneless pork loin
    • taco seasoning
    • oil
    • 8 oz. jar of salsa
    • 4 tablespoons peach preserves
    • Rice


    Instructions


    1. Coat pork loin with taco seasoning, brown in a little oil in a skillet.
    2. Add salsa and peach preserves to skillet.
    3. Stir to mix wll, cover and lower heat.
    4. Simmer gently for 15 minutes.
    5. Serve over rice.
