    Creamy Fettucini Alfredo

    Kraft was very generous with this recipe too. This one is wonderful. I usually like to add steamed broccoli if I have any.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 8-ounce package Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese, cubed
    • 3/4 cup (3 oz.) Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
    • 1/2 cup margarine
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 8 ounces fettucini, cooked, drained


    Instructions


    1. In large saucepan, combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, margarine and milk.
    2. Stir over low heat until smooth.
    3. Add fettucini.
    4. Toss lightly.


    Final Comments


    I have tried the low-fat cream cheese too. It does not ruin the dish.
