Creamy Fettucini Alfredo
Kraft was very generous with this recipe too. This one is wonderful. I usually like to add steamed broccoli if I have any.
List of Ingredients
- 1 8-ounce package Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese, cubed
- 3/4 cup (3 oz.) Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 ounces fettucini, cooked, drained
Instructions
- In large saucepan, combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, margarine and milk.
- Stir over low heat until smooth.
- Add fettucini.
- Toss lightly.
Final Comments
I have tried the low-fat cream cheese too. It does not ruin the dish.
