Creamy Chicken Broccoli Bake

Great! Kraft gave me this recipe. Wasn't that nice of them?





List of Ingredients



• 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves cubed
  
• 1 1/2 cups uncooked MINUTE Original Rice
  
• 1 1/4 cups milk
  
• 1 package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  
• 1/2 lb VELVEETA Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, cubed
  
• 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP or MIRACLE WHIP LIGHT
  






Instructions



1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
   
2. Mix all ingredients. Spoon into 12x8 inch baking dish.
   
3. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
   






Final Comments


I have been known to use Hellman's Light and not Miracle Whip.
