List of Ingredients 3/4# boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into strips 2 tablespoons cooking oil 1 1/2 cup KRAFT Barbecue Sauce 1 cup water 1 can (11 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained 1-2 green peppers, chopped 2 cups MINUTE Original Rice, uncooked Instructions Brown chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Stir in barbecue sauce, water, corn and peper; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
