List of Ingredients 4 slices bacon 3 cups cubed peeled potatoes 1 can (13 1/2 oz) chicken broth or 1 1/2 cups boiling water mixed with 2 chicken bouillon cubes 1 package (10 oz.) frozen corn, thawed, drained 1/2 cup each chopped onion and sliced celery 2 tablespoons flour 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP or MIRACLE WHIP LIGHT 2 cups milk Instructions Cook bacon in large saucepan until crisp. Drain fat. Stir in potatoes, broth, corn, onion and celery. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Mix flour and MIRACLE WHIP. Stir in milk. Add to potatoe mixture. Continue cooking 3-5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with additional bacon and parsley, if desired. Final Comments Again, I have been known to use Hellman's.
