    List of Ingredients




    4 eggs
    8 oz flour
    8 oz sugar
    8 oz butter ( or 6 oz oil )
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

    Recipe



    Turn on the oven at 180 C.Sift flour and baking powder together and set aside.In a large bowl beat sugar and butter together till nice and fluffy.Then add eggs one by one ,beating each time.Put the vanilla essence.Lastly add the flour and mix with a spatula.When it is all mixed beaat it for a few seconds.Then pour the batter into greased cupcake tray and bake for about 20 minutes.

    TIP:If you would like to have a rounded dome on top of the cupcake all you have to do is preheat the oven at 300 C,and when you put in the cupcakes lower the oven temperature to 180 C .
