    QUICK PEACH DESSERT

    List of Ingredients





    6-7 cups fresh peaches -- sliced
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup butter or margarine -- softened
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup self-rising flour
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Recipe



    Place peaches in a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with
    1/2 cup sugar. Cream butter and 1/2 cup sugar, beating well. Add self-rising
    flour and egg; mix well. Stir in vanilla. Spoon mixture over sugared
    peaches. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
    Yield: 6 servings.
