    1-1/2 cups coffee whitener
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup instant coffee
    1/2 cup cocoa
    Dash of salt
    1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients except extract. Stir to remove lumps. Add extract and mix well. Seal in airtight container. Mix 2 to 3 heaping teaspoons into 8 ounces boiling water.
