Cream of Wheat Pancakes

1/2 cup dry pancake mix
1/2 cup CREAM OF WHEAT (not instant)
2/3 cup skim milk
1 egg
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1-1/2 cups cut-up fruit pieces (bananas, peaches, blueberries, strawberries)
1 (8-ounce) container nonfat yogurt, any flavour
1 Tablespoon honeyRecipe
Mix pancake mix and cereal; set aside. Blend milk, egg and oil; stir into cereal mixture. Pour scant 1/4 cup batter on greased hot griddle or skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbly; turn and cook until done. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve hot topped with fruit and yogurt mixed with honey.
