1 cup raw rice
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 package onion soup mix
1/4 cup chopped celery
2-1/4 cups hot water
1 Tablespoon soya sauce
1/4 cup melted butter

Mix all ingredients together and put in a medium casserole. Bake, covered, in a 350º F oven for 1 hour.
