28 squares HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, finely crushed (about 2 cups)
1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted
1 cup sugar, divided
3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 cup mashed banana
1 cup halved strawberries
1 banana, sliced, tossed with 1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
Chopped walnuts and melted semisweet chocolate, optional
Recipe
Mix graham cracker crumbs, margarine or butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Press on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Blend cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla in bowl with mixer at medium speed. Add eggs; mix until blended. Stir in mashed banana. Pour into crust. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Top with strawberries, sliced banana and pineapple. Sprinkle with nuts and drizzle with melted chocolate if desired. Cut into squares to serve.
