    Nearly Fat-Free Bananaberry Cream Pie

    Source of Recipe

    Created by Tisha

    Recipe Introduction

Another low-point recipe I threw together. This one give you the illusion of eating cheesecake without all the guilt!

    List of Ingredients

Low-fat Cinnamon Graham Crackers 8 full sheets
    Margarine, light, melted 2 Tbsp
Fat free Cream Cheese 5 oz
Fat free Cool Whip 3 oz
    Equal (sugar substitute) ¼ c
    Banana, fresh, sliced 1
    Strawberries, fresh, sliced 6 large

    Recipe

    1. Crush graham crackers to make crumbs. For speediness, use a blender. Reserve a small amount of crumbs for pie topping.
    2. Put majority of crumbs in a 9 inch pie pan.
    3. Add melted butter to pie pan and work it into the crumbs. Then push crumb mixture down into the pan.
    4. Slice banana into thin slices and place evenly over crust.
    5. In separate bowl, combine cream cheese, cool whip and equal until well blended.
    6. Carefully spread mixture over bananas.
    7. Slice strawberries and arrange on top of the cream mixture.
    8. Sprinkle remaining graham cracker crumbs on top of strawberries.
    9. Cover and chill in refrigerator until pie sets. Approximately 2 hours.

**Please note that this pie may never "set".... sometimes you just have to spoon it out. The yummy taste compensates for the appearance!

Makes 8 servings. 2 WW points per serving!
