Ono Teriyaki Chicken
Plenny times after the chicken marinates I cook it on da BBQ. You can also use the marinade for meat sticks!
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup Aloha shoyu (if can get it)
1/4 cup oil
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 generous Tbsp finely chopped fresh ginger
Recipe
Combine ingredients for the marinade, then marinate the chicken for 1-2 hours. Place chicken in a large shallow roasting pan and bake at 325 for about 1 and 1/2 hours or longer, basting every 15 minutes with some of the marinade.
To prepare ahead of time:
This can be completed in the morning, left at room temperature, then reheated before serving. It is very onolicious cold the next day.
