Great to see a recipe for Gau Gee!!! I lived in Hawaii in the 70's and worked in 745 Fort St. Every other day, I would call Yong Sing Restaurant and order Gau Gee with Vegetables. Most of they time, they would answer the phone and when I said "I'd like to order lunch," they'd reply "hey PJ, your usual??" They were the BeeessT!! Can't wait to try your recipe. Thaaaanks!!! 3/09
