Herb Cheese Biscuits

2 cups all purpose flour
3 tsp. double acting baking powder
2 tsp. dill
1 tsp. salt
1/3 cup Crisco All-Vegetable Shortening or 1/3 Crisco stick
1/2 sup sharp, shredded cheese, or swiss cheese
3/4 cup milkRecipe
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, dill and salt. With a fork cut in Crisco until mixture looks like course meal. Stir in shredded cheese. Add milk and stir just enough to hold dough together. PLace on a lightly floured surface knead lightly, roll 3/4-inch thick. Cut with a floured biscuit cutter(push straight down) and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes or until brown as desired.
