Pretzel Toffee-Chip Cookies

1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup packed light-brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups mini pretzels,broken into 1"pieces
1 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips, about 8oz
3/4 cup toffee bits, from 8oz pkg such as Heath Bits 'O BrickleRecipe
Prehaet oven to 350 F. Line baking sheets with parchmnet paper. Combine flour and baking soda. On medium-high beat butter and sugar until fluffy, about 2 minutes. On low beat in egg and vanilla. Beat in flour mixture. Stir in pretzel pieces, 1 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of toffee bits.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2" apart onto baking sheets; with moist hands, flatten slightly. Dividing equally, press remaing 1/4 cup chocolate chips and 1/4 cup toffee bits into dough.
Bake 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 5 minutes. Transfer from pans to racks. Cool completely.
