    Gooey Butter Cake

    Recipe Introduction

    This recipe was passed down to me from my husbands grandmother. This is a holiday favorite in our family.

    List of Ingredients

    Cake.
    1 Box yellow cake mix
    1 stick of butter
    1 egg


    Filling
    2 eggs
    1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
    1 lb powdered sugar
    1 tsp vanilla







    Recipe

    Mix cake mix, 1 stick of butter and one egg, and press into a 9x13 pan. Mix remaining ingredients, and pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
