1 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
Soda crackers
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
Recipe
Line jelly roll pan with foil, line crackers up in pan using as many as needed to cover the bottom. You may have to cut some in half to finish filling the pan completely. Combine butter and brown sugar in saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil and boil for 3 minutes. Pour over cracker and spread it out over all of them. Bake the covered crackers for 5 minutes at 350 degrees or until crackers float. Remove from oven and let cool a couple minutes. Pour chocolate chips onto crackers and spread them as they melt. Sprinkle nuts over the top and press slightly into chocolate. Let cool completely and cut into cracker sized bars.
