    Makes 64 candies

    List of Ingredients




    3 c. vanilla baking chips
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    1 c. toasted pecans

    Recipe



    Line a 9x9- inch baking pan and set aside. Combine the vanilla baking chips, marshmallows and condensed milk in a heavy bottom sauce pan. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the chips and marshmallows are melted and the mixture is smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract and pecans into the melted fudge mixture and pour imediatly into prepared pan. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refridgerate for 4 hours or until firm. Remove the fudge from the the pan and foil and cut into 1 inch squares.
