    3 large sweet potatos, peeled and sliced into 1/4 thick wedges.

    2 Tbsp. macadamia nut oil.

    1/2 tsp. sea salt.

    Freshly ground black pepper (optional).

    Pinch of ground red pepper (optional).

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 425*. Sprinkle potato wedges with oil and toss gently with sea salt. Add black and red pepper, if desired. Aeeange wdges in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes; turn wedges over and bake 10 minutes more, or just until golden brown and soft inside. Remove from oven; let sit 5 minutes before serving.
