Almond Mandarin Orange Pudding

2 Cups Milk 11 oz. Can Mandarin Oranges
½ cup Sugar ¼ cup Toasted Flaked Almonds
1 tsp. Almond
1/3 cup ground rice or rice flour
Recipe
Mix the milk, sugar, almond and rice flour in a saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly, and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour into a dish, cover and cool. Drain the oranges. Spoon the rice into individual serving dishes. Place the oranges on the rice and sprinkle the almonds on top.
NOTE: Toast the almonds by spreading them on a cookie sheet and heating, stirring occasionally, until golden- 325 degrees
