This recipe is so easy to fix and loved by all. Can be doubled~ Great for a large group.
List of Ingredients
1-16 oz. pkg. Mostaccioli (cooked according to pkg. directions)
1½ pounds Italian Sausage or (pork sausage with Italian seasoning added)
1½ tsp. Italian Seasoning
½ tsp. Pepper
2 fresh Garlic Cloves (pressed)
4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Jars Spaghetti Sauce
1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
½ can Milk
2½ cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
Large Container Cottage Cheese
Recipe
Add seasonings and garlic to Italian sausage; brown meat in olive oil, set aside. Combine sauce, soup, cottage cheese & milk; mix well. Add 2 cups cheese, pasta & Italian sausage; pour in large baking dish, Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake another 10 minutes uncovered.
