Ham and Pickles
Source of Recipe
???
Buy a package of thinly sliced ham that's
in a
rectangular shape. Mix some softened cream cheese with a little
mayo--just
a little--and maybe a little horseradish or a smidge of ranch dressing
mix.
Smear that on each ham slice in a thin layer. Put a pickle wedge on
one
narrow side and roll up tightly. Chill. When ready to serve, slice
into
about 3/4" slices. Very tasty and oh, so easy. If you're going to
make the
entire 1 pound package of ham, you'll need at least 1 pound of cream
cheese
and one good sized jar of pickles should be about right.
