    BEVERAGES

    1. CAFE CAPPUCCINO MIX

    1/2 cup instant coffee granules
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 cup powdered nondairy creamer
    1/2 tsp. dry grated orange rind

    Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and whir until
    finely ground. Store in
    an air tight container. To prepare: Mix 2 tbsp. into 1 cup of boiling
    water.

    2. CAFE COCO-MINT MIX

    1 1/2 cups powdered nondairy creamer
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup each instant coffee granules and unsweetened cocoa
    A dash of salt
    6 crushed starlight mint candies

    Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and whir until
    finely ground. Store in
    an air tight container. To prepare: Mix 2-3 tbsp. into 6 oz. boiling
    water.

    3. CAFE MOCHA MIX

    1 1/2 cups instant coffee granules
    1/4 cup each unsweetened cocoa and powdered nondairy creamer
    6 tbsp. confectionery sugar

    Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and whir until
    finely ground. Store in
    an air tight container. To prepare: Mix 1-2 tbsp. into 3/4 cup boiling
    water.

    4. CAFE SPICED VIENNESE MIX

    2/3 cup each instant coffee granules and sugar
    3/4 cup powdered nondairy creamer
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg

    Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and whir until
    finely ground. Store in
    an air tight container. To prepare: Mix 4 tsp. into 8 oz. boiling
    water.


    5. CINNFULLY ORANGE CAFE MIX

    1/3 cup instant coffee granules
    1 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/2 tsp. each vanilla powder and cinnamon

    Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and whir until
    finely ground. Store in
    an air tight container. To prepare: Mix 1 tbsp. into 6 oz. boiling
    water.

    6. CINN-MOCHA-SATION! MIX

    1 cup powdered nondairy creamer
    3/4 cup sugar
    2/3 cup powdered dry milk
    1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
    1/3 cup instant coffee granules
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. each salt and nutmeg

    Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and whir until
    finely ground. Store in
    an air tight container. To prepare: Mix 1/4 cup into 3/4 cup boiling
    water.

    7. CRANBERRY ORANGE SPICED CIDER MIX

    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    12 cinnamon sticks (approx. 1 inch long each)
    1/2 tsp. whole cloves
    2 tbsp. whole allspice
    1 tsp. dried grated orange peel

    Stir together the ingredients, and store them in an airtight jar.

    To prepare: In a large saucepan, combine entire contents of cider mix
    with 2 quarts of
    apple cider, 1 quart of water, and 1 sliced orange. Heat through, but
    do not allow to boil.
    Serve hot with additional orange slices for garnish, and cinnamon
    sticks to stir. Serves
    12-14.

    8. GOOD NIGHT CAFE

    2/3 cup powdered nondairy creamer
    1/3 cup each instant coffee granules and sugar
    1 tsp. ground cardamom
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg

    Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and whir until
    finely ground. Store in
    an air tight container. To prepare: Mix 1 tbsp. into 8oz. boiling
    water.

    9. GOURMET HOT CHOCOLATE MIX

    11 cups powdered dry milk
    1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
    2 1/2 cups confectionery sugar
    1 pound container of instant chocolate drink mix
    Optional: 4 heaping tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
    1 small box of instant chocolate pudding mix

    Stir together the ingredients, and store them in an airtight jar:.
    Truly better than store
    bought. To prepare, measure out 3 heaping tablespoons of mix into your
    favorite mug,
    and add 6-8oz. boiling water. This recipe makes about 250 servings, and
    can be cut in half
    or doubled to suit your needs.

    11. HOT COCOA MIX

    3 cups powdered dry milk
    1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa, the better the quality, the better the cup
    of cocoa!
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 dash of salt

    Again, it's as easy as stir and store! To prepare: Use 3 heaping
    tablespoons per mug of hot
    water.

    12. HOT WHITE CHOCOLATE

    3 cups powdered dry milk
    2 tsp. vanilla powder (This is available in gourmet food stores, or
    bakers supplies shops).
    2 tsp. dried grated orange zest
    2 cups white chocolate chips

    Whir all ingredients in blender only until finely ground. Do it in two
    batches, and don't
    overgrind or it will clump up in the blender. To prepare: Use 3 heaping
    tablespoons per
    mug of hot water. This is particularly satisfying with a cinnamon stick
    as a stirrer.

    13. IRISH FLAVORED COFFEE CREAMER

    1 package butter mints, crushed
    2 cups each instant chocolate malted milk mix and powdered nondairy
    creamer
    1/2 cup instant chocolate milk mix

    Place all the ingredients into the blender or food processor, and whir
    until finely ground.
    Store in an airtight container. Use as you please to lighten, sweeten,
    and give your coffee
    the delicious flavor of Irish Cream!

    14. MALTED HOT CHOCOLATE MIX

    3 1/2 ounces of malted milk powder
    5 1/2 ounces of powdered non-dairy creamer
    1 pound each of powdered dry milk and confectionery sugar
    14 ounces of instant chocolate drink mix
    8 ounces of mini marshmallows

    Stir and store! To prepare: Use 3 heaping tablespoons of mix to one mug
    of boiling water.

    15. MEXICAN COCOA OLE'! MIX

    1/3 cup light brown sugar
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla powder (See recipe 12, Hot White Chocolate)
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
    2 1/2 cups powdered dry milk

    Mix it up and store. When you're ready for a little south of the
    border, boil 3 cups of
    water, add the mix, stir it up, and FIESTA! Garnish with cinnamon
    sticks and a dollop of
    whipped cream!

    16. MOCHACHINO MIX

    1 cup each powdered nondairy creamer and instant chocolate drink mix
    2/3 cup instant coffee granules
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg

    Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and whir until
    finely ground. Store in
    an air tight container. To prepare: Mix 3 tbsp. into 6oz. boiling
    water.

    17. ORANGE MOCHA CAFE MIX

    1/3 cup instant coffee granules
    1/2 cup each unsweetened cocoa and powdered nondairy creamer
    2 tsp. dried orange peel
    1 tsp. cinnamon

    Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and whir until
    finely ground. Store in
    an air tight container. To prepare: Mix 1 tbsp. into 6oz. boiling
    water.

    18. SUGAR-FREE LOW-FAT COCOA TREAT MIX

    3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 quart powdered non-fat dry milk
    Your favorite sugar substitute equal to 1 1/2 cups sugar

    Mix it up and get ready to sit down to a steamy, creamy cup of guilt
    free cocoa! To
    prepare: Just use 2 tablespoons of mix to 6 ounces of hot water.
    Garnish with a cinnamon
    stick, or a sprinkling of cinnamon powder. One mug of this contains
    only 49 calories.

    19. SUPER RICH HOT CHOCOLATE MASTER MIX

    3 cups nonfat dry powdered dry milk
    2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

    Put ingredients in blender or food processor. (I recommend doing half a
    batch at one
    time!). Whir it around only until it is "finely ground". If you whir
    too long it will clump up
    in the blender. Store in an airtight container. To prepare: Use heaping
    tablespoons per
    mug of boiling water.

    VARIATIONS:
    *20. Cocoa-Mocha - Add 1/2 cup instant coffee to the mix.
    *21. Orange-Cinnamon Sip - Add 1 tsp. of grated orange peel and 2 tsp.
    cinnamon
    *22. Scotchy's Cup - Decrease chocolate chips by 1 cup, and add 1 cup
    butterscotch chips
    instead.
    *23. Peanut Butter Cup - Decrease chocolate chips by 1 cup, and add 1
    cup peanut butter
    chips.
    *24. Minty Hot Chocolate - Decrease chocolate chips by 1 cup, and add 1
    cup mint
    chocolate chips.
    *25. Raspberry-Coco-Loco - Decrease chocolate chips by 1 cup, and add 1
    cup of
    Raspberry chocolate chips.
    *26. Milk Chocolate Chocolate - Decrease chocolate chips by 1 cup, and
    add:
    1 cup of milk
    milk chocolate chips
    *27. Malted Milk Chocolate - Prepare as for Milk Chocolate Chocolate,
    except substitute
    1/2 cup of malted milk powder for 1/2 cup of powdered milk.

    28. VIENNA CAFE MIX

    1/2 cup instant coffee granules
    2/3 cup each sugar and powdered nondairy creamer
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and whir until
    finely ground. Store in
    an air tight container. To prepare: Mix 2 tsp. per 1 cup boiling water.

    29. SWISS MOCHA CAFE MIX

    1/2 cup powdered nondairy creamer
    2 tbsp. each instant coffee granules and unsweetened cocoa

    Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and whir until
    finely ground. Store in
    an air tight container. To prepare: Mix 2 tbsp. into 8 oz. boiling
    water.

    30. TOFFEE CAFE MIX

    2/3 cup instant coffee granules
    1 cup each powdered nondairy creamer and packed dark brown sugar

    Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and whir until
    finely ground. Store in
    an air tight container. To prepare: Mix 2-3 tsp. into 6 oz. boiling
    water.

    30.RUSSIAN TEA MIX

    2 1/2 cup Tang
    1 1/2 cup white sugar
    1 - 12 oz package instant lemonade mix (like Kool-aid)
    2 tsp. each cloves and cinnamon
    1 1/2 cup instant lemon flavored tea
    1 tsp. nutmeg

    Measure out all ingredients first into separate bowls. Layer the Tang,
    sugar, lemonade and
    tea into jar as little or as much as you like. Repeat the layers often
    to make a pretty layered
    looking sand art type look. Add the cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg last.
    This is a very
    sweet drink. Attach recipe below to jar:

    Russian Tea

    To prepare: Mix dry ingredients well and replace into your jar for
    storage. Add 2 tbsp.
    into coffee cup and add hot water. Stir well.
