    COFFEE DRINKS

    Source of Recipe

    ???

    List of Ingredients

I'm so addicted to any coffee drink that's out there, especially after
    a hot
Sunday after working at the hotel. Because of the expense of these (and
lately lack of tips *Hmph*), I've made a few for myself at home (this
    is after
being snoopy while I've seen them being made). For all of these, save
    the coffee
from the morning in your fridge to make later, the stronger the
    coffee,
better the taste for these (and chilled coffee is better too):

    Dunkin Donuts Mocha Swirl Latte:

I squirt in some chocolate syrup on the bottom of a large glass, add
    ice, a
little cream, and a touch of splenda or sugar if you take it sweet.
    Pour the
coffee in, then top it with whipped cream and a swirl of chocolate
    syrup on
top. You can do the same for an Iced Caramel Swirl but substituting
    caramel ice
cream topping for the chocolate syrup.

    For a Coolata:
Add 50% Coffee, 50% heavy cream (it seems to be the perfect texture
    with
cream than milk for a Coolata), touch of splenda or sugar, coffee, and
    a bunch
of ice to a blender. Blend till ice is crushed, and texture you like,
    the more
blending and crushing, the better the texture. Pour into glasses and
    add
whipping cream if you like, on top.

OK, this one I just discovered at our local Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream
    Parlor....and I'm in love!
    Chillata:
Add two scoops of B&J's coffee ice cream to a blender, add enough milk
    to
just barely cover the ice cream, and about 1/4 to 1/2 c. of strong
    cold coffee,
give a whirl, until smooth. Add to a glass, top with whipped cream,
    and a
straw. For a Mocha Chillata just use chocolate B&J's ice cream instead
    of
    coffee.
