    1 1/2 c. BLM
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk or water
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Blend all ingredients in a large mixer bowl on low
    speed for 1/2 minute, scraping bowl frequently. Beat 4
    minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into 18 greased
    (bottoms
    only) medium muffin cups. Bake about 15 minutes or until
    wooden pick
    inserted in center comes out clean. Cool
