    2 eggs
    1 cup water
    1 tablespoon melted shortening
    2 cups Multi-Purpose Baking Mix

    Recipe




    Beat egg until frothy.
    Add water and shortening and stir to combine.
    Add Baking Mix to liquid and stir until lumps are small but batter
    is not smooth.
    Bake in heated waffle baker following manufacturer's directions.
