1/2 c. cornmeal
3/4 c. BLM
1 egg, beaten lightly
1 1/3 c. milk
Recipe
Combine cornmeal and BLM. Blend liquids; add to
dry ingredients. Drop by tablespoon on hot griddle
(greased).
Spread batter out with spoon, pancake size. Turn when
lightly
brown. Place on pan and keep warm until serving time. Makes
1
1/2 dozen.
