Sour Cream Pizza Strips

2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
8 ounces sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan and Romano cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 tablespoons chopped pimiento
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
Grease a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Preheat oven to hot (400
degrees).
Combine baking mix, milk and Italian seasoning in a
medium-size
bowl. Stir to make a soft dough. Turn out onto a
well-floured
surface; knead lightly 10 strokes. Pat onto bottom and up
sides
of prepared dish, forming a small rim.
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan and Romano
cheese, onion, pimiento, parsley and garlic powder in a
medium-size bowl; mix well. Spread mixture evenly over
dough.
Bake in preheated hot oven (400 degrees) for 20 minutes or
until
dough is golden brown. Cut into rectangles; serve warm.
Makes about 32 strips.
