    1/3 cup corn oil
    1 1/2 cups banana mashed
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    3 large eggs
    2 1/3 cups Bisquick® baking mix
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup nuts finely chopped

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Generously grease bottom of a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Stir all
    ingredients in pan with fork until moistened; beat vigorously 1 minute.
    Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 65
    minutes. Run knife or metal spatula around sides of loaf, pressing
    gently to loosen; remove from pan.
