Whole Wheat Dinner Rolls

Recipe Introduction
To freeze baked rolls for a later meat, place baked rolls on a baking
sheet and flash freeze. Place rolls in a freezer bag, once frozen
solid, seal and label. To use later, let defrost and warm, if desired.
List of Ingredients
3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon shortening
1 1/4 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon dry milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Recipe
Place all ingredients in bread maker according to manufacturer's
directions. Select Dough/Manual cycle.
Grease a large baking sheet. Punch down dough and then shape into 12
equal pieces. Roll into 12 balls. Place on baking sheet. Let rise
until almost double, about 30 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to
20 minutes or until golden. Makes 12 rolls.
