    1 cup plus 1 tablespoon milk

    1 egg

    1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened

    2 tablespoons brown sugar

    1 1/2 teaspoons salt

    1/3 cup cornmeal

    3 cups bread flour

    4 1/2 teaspoons dried minced onion

    1 1/2 teaspoons celery seed

    3/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning

    1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage

    1/2 teaspoon pepper

    2 1/4 teaspoons active yeast

    1 cup diced turkey

    In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by
    manufacturer. Select basic bread setting and choose crust color and
    loft
    size if available. Bake according to bread machine. Check dough after 5
    minutes of mixing. Makes 1 1 1/2-pound loaf
