1 c Long-grain brown rice
1 c Unsweetened apple juice
1 c Water
1/2 c Raisins
1/2 ts Ground cinnamonRecipe
Combine all for the ingredients in a sacuepan. Bring to a boil, cover,
reduce
the heat, and cook for 40 mintues. Let rest for 10 minutes before
serving.
This may also be made in a slow cooker overnight.
Combine all of the ingredients and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
