    1 ½ cups flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 cup sugar
    3 Tbsp cocoa
    ½ tsp salt
    1/3 cup veg oil
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 tbsp vinegar
    1 cup water

    Recipe



    Oven 180°C (350F). Sift flour,salt, soda,sugar,and cocoa. Make 3
    wells;
    put oil in one,vanilla in one, vinegar in the other. Pour water all
    over. Mix until just blended (like muffins). Pour into 2 x lined 1lb
    loaf
    tins. Bake approx 40 minutes until toothpick is clean.
