    1 can pumpkin (16 ounces)

    1 can evaporated milk (13 ounces)

    1-1/4 cups sugar

    3 eggs, beaten

    2 teaspoons cinnamon

    2 teaspoons nutmeg

    1/2 teaspoon ginger

    1 box yellow cake mix

    Recipe



    Mix first 7 ingredients together and pour into a buttered 9x13 inch
    pan. Pour or crumble 1 box yellow cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Top with
    chopped walnuts or pecans. Melt 1 cup butter and pour over chopped
    nuts. Bake 1 hour at 350F. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
