MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE SELF-SAUCING PUDDING

1 cup self-raising flour
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 oz butter [ 15g ]
1 1/4 cups boiling water.
Recipe
Sift flour and half the cocoa together into a bowl.
Mix in 1/2 cup sugar, milk and butter.
Spoon into a 3 pint 10 1/2 fluid oz [ 2-litre ]
microwave-safe bowl.
Sprinkle remaining combined sugar and cocoa over pudding.
Pour over water. Cook pudding, uncovered on high [ 100% ]
power for 6-8 minutes or until cooked when tested.
