3/4 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Pkg (3 Oz)cook N Serve (Not Instant) Vanilla Pudding Mix
3 Tbs Softened Butter
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Cup 15-20 Oz Sliced Peaches
8 Oz Cream Cheese
� Cup Sugar
3 Tbs Peach Syrup
1 Tbs Sugar
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
Recipe
1. Heat oven to 350 deg. Grease (not oil) 9" or 10" pie pan or 8"
deep cake pan.
2. Drain peaches reserving liquid for peach syrup used in filling.
3. In large bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla
pudding mix, butter, and milk. Blend at low speed until
moistened. Beat 2 min at medium speed. Pour into greased pan.
4. Arrange peaches over batter.
5. In small bowl combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, peach syrup
and beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spoon to within 1" of edge of
batter.
6. Combine 1 tbsp. sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over entire
thing.
7. Bake 30 - 35 min. until crust is brown (filling soft). Serve
warm. Refrigerate leftovers.
