EASY PEANUT BUTTER EGGS

1 box 10x sugar
3 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
6 heaping Tbsp. peanut butter
1/2 stick melted butter or
margarine
just enough milk to mix
Recipe
Mix thoroughly. Roll into eggs. Place on waxed paper
covered cookie sheet and chill until eggs are very firm.
Melt
1 (12 ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate morsels with 1/8 box
of paraffin wax. Do this in a double boiler. After chocolate
and wax are totally melted dip firm,
well chilled eggs into the
chocolate mixture. I use a toothpick to dip my eggs. Another
tip is to remember not to take too many eggs out of the
refrigerator at a time. They will get soft quickly. Place
dipped
eggs on a clean piece of wax paper and chill until chocolate
has hardened. Makes approximately 24 eggs. I keep the eggs
in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
