Chicken Over Biscuits

7 ounces biscuits, canned -- see directions
3 boned and skinned chicken breast halves --
1/2-inch cubes
3/4 cup skim milk
3/4 cup frozen peas -- thawed
1 tablespoon red bell pepper -- diced
1/4 teaspoon sage -- crumbled
1 can Cream of Chicken soup, condensed
Recipe
Bake biscuits as directed. meanwhile, spray medium nonstick saucepan
with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add
chicken; cook 3 to 6 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in all
remaining ingredients. Bring just to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 8
minutes. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve over biscuits. Serves 4.
