List of Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, diced
1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 c. diced carrots
1 c. diced celery
1 c. cubed peeled potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
In a skillet, cook beef and onion over med.
heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
Add tomatoes, carrots, celery and potatoes.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and
simmer for 30 min. or until vegs. are
tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
