1 package mushroom gravy mix
3/4 cup water
2 cups cooked beef, cubed
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
2 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and cubed
12 ounces refrigerated biscuit dough, buttermilk-type, separate
biscuits
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a saucepan, combine gravy mix and water until smooth. Bring to a
boil; cook and stir for 1 minute our until thickened. Stir in beef,
mixed vegetables and potatoes; heat through.
Spoon mixture into a greased 8-inch square baking pan. Top with
biscuits. Bake 12 to 16 minutes or until biscuits are golden and
casserole is bubbly. Serves 5.
